Roman blinds have increased in popularity over recent years. They make an ideal upgrade from a roller blind and some people consider them a cross between a curtain and a blind.
One thing is for sure, they offer a softer and more luxurious feel to most rooms.
Roman blinds fold up on themselves, so be aware that there will always be an amount of fabric at the top of the blind once it us pulled up. You may prefer to fit the blind outside of the window recess to allow the most light to come into the room.
Romans come with either a cleat to tie the cords to and therefore stop the blind where you want it, or a chain mechanism that pulls up each fold in turn.
This is the more common option these days.
We carry a wide range of Roman Blind fabrics so why not call us out for a no obligation quotation so you can have a look.
